If this is really true, then it’s so unfortunate. According to Justice and Empowerment Initiatives, JEI, which shared the picture of a man lying on the ground on Twitter, it was said that the man was dumped in the sun after being arraigned at the Lagos State Mobile Court yesterday. The man was reportedly too weak to even speak and hence was taken outside and allegedly dumped in the sun.
