AN ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE A STUDENT OF A POLYTECHNIC IN ABA
An attempt to murder a student in a polytechnic in Aba was foiled by security men attached to the school.
Our citizen reporter who monitored the confession of the alleged killers, confirmed that the alleged killers
confessed to the crime. The alleged killers are said to also be students of that same polytechnic and
were having logger head with the said student they intend to kill.
Luck ran out of them when the security operatives attached to the school requested to search
one of the killers bag and a locally manufactured pistol was found inside.
We gathered that their grand plan was to kill their target while he is writing examination in
the class and escape, but unfortunately for them they were apprehended.
They were paraded yesterday at Abia State Police headquarters in Umuahia.
